Comfort Zone Vs EdenPure Infrared Heater Review

I am often asked which Infrared Heater is better, the Comfort Zone, or the EdenPure, and the answer is always a tricky one. Neither one completely blows the other out of the competition, but there are some minor differences between both units that deserve being mentioned.

The Comfort Zone Infrared Heater performs better than the EdenPure in the area of heat diffusion and operating life time. The Comfort Zone Infrared Heaters have a new heat diffuser made of stainless steel that is capable of producing 14% more heat than its competitors. Comfort Zones are also designed to last longer because of their unique infrared heating technology. It boasts up to a 20,000 hour life span before a replacement could be necessary. The EdenPure though, uses standard infrared bulbs that are only rated at a 5,000 hour operating lifetime.

A similarity that both the Comfort Zone and EdenPure share is the type of heat exchanger each unit has installed. They both use solid copper heater exchangers that enhance the absorption of infrared heat. This copper exchanger converts the infrared waves into a bandwidth of 9-10 microns through a process of copper ionization. This bandwidth is the optimum level for maximum heat absorption.

The Comfort Zone provides healthier heat. What this means is that Comfort Zone Infrared Heaters do not burn any oxygen, or affect humidity levels during operation. Most standard electric heaters can emit harmful byproducts and produce uncomfortable heat. The Comfort Zone though, provides a gentle type of heat that stays consistent from floor to ceiling.

Both units come with a fully functional remote and thermostat, and diffuse their heat with the help of an internal fan. Comfort Zone Infrared Heaters use a Dual DC fan system that is much quieter in comparison others. This is an important aspect of an appliance you will be operating in your home for an extended period of time.

In terms of pricing, the Comfort Zone comes out to be more expensive. The highest price Comfort Zones are approximately 400-500 dollars, while the most expensive EdenPures are in the 300-400 dollar price range. Both units however, share a similar price tag in their lower priced models of around 300-350 dollars.

In conclusion, both of these Infrared Heaters would make great additions to your home, but it is important to weigh the options and make an informed decision. The Comfort Zone , while offering slightly better functionality, comes at a slightly higher price. I have found that when purchasing an item such as this, it is important to look for the best quality product that you can comfortably afford. This decision will pay off in the long run in terms of maintenance fees and repairs.

EdenPure Infrared Heater Review

With the cost of my electricity and oil bills on the rise, I decided it was time to look into a possible energy saving solution to heat my home. After some in-depth research, I decided upon purchasing an Infrared Heater. I was intrigued by all of the great characteristics of Infrared Heaters, such as their high efficiency and even consistent heat distribution The Infrared Heater I decided to purchase was the EdenPure Infrared Heater , and I could not be happier with my purchase. I chose the EdenPure because of their highly positive reputation and wide range of available options.

The EdenPure works great in terms of even heat distribution. Its heats the surrounding area from wall to wall, and also floor to ceiling. In my home, I place it in my central living room and it heats up the entire surrounding area in no time, when set on a high heat distribution setting. The type of heat the unit provides is very comfortable, because the EdenPure’s patented heating element does not burn any Oxygen in the air. It is comparable to the feeling of a warm blanket. Another great advantage of the EdenPure is that I can use it for highly efficient “spot heating” in my home. Setting the unit to a lower heat setting and pointing it directly into the room I would like to heat is a great way to keep warm and save on the cost of electricity. The EdenPure sits on sturdy roller wheels which make it a breeze to move around my home.

Another great attribute of the EdenPure is the safety and piece of mind I get by having it heat my home. I have always been worried about using the standard electric coil heaters in my house in fears of instantiating a fire, but there is no need to worry about this when using the EdenPure. The EdenPure will only ever be warm to the touch, even when it is operating on full power. What this means is that children can never be burned by it, and your pets will actually be drawn to the warm soothing heat that it emits. My wife watches children in the house full time, and she loves the fact that she doesn’t need to worry about them being burned by the heater.

In conclusion, the EdenPure Infrared Heater has been a great addition to my home. It provides even heat distribution in my home, and it has actually helped me to save money on my electricity bills as it advertises. The EdenPure is definitely worth the investment, and you’ll practically pay for it with the money you’ll be saving on your heating bills. If you are thinking about purchasing one for your home, stop shivering, and order one today!

I love this country. We do not produce as many products as we used to, but we are always the masters of the marketing universe. No other country can take something as mundane as a 1500-watt heater and pack them as a Second Coming. A perfect example of this marketing year ingenuity of Amish Heat Surge Electric Fireplace.

It Rolls! It glows! The Heat surge miracle heater is a work of genius from the China coast! Real Amish craftsmanship goes into eachCoat! And, to quote the Heat Surge website: "It is not just a fireplace, it is a beautiful piece of furniture."

But you have to ask yourself: Do I want to $ 587 for a mini-electric fireplace on wheels that costs no more heat than any other 1500-watt heater $ 500 U.S. dollars to spend less to produce?

Just to be fair, this is a legitimate question for all electric fireplaces, not just the heat surge. Believe it or not, you can easily spend more than $ 2,000 for a combination of electro –Fireplace / entertainment center, heated with the same 1500-watt unit.

No matter how much you pay for an electric fireplace to reduce the cost of the electrical heating insert is about) $ 250 (retail. So that every dollar you spend is more than $ 250 for the mantel piece. In the case of the Amish Cherry Fireplace $ 250 $ 587 deducted from the selling leaves $ 337 for the cost of the coat.

Since the Amish heater is a mini-electric fireplace, it is difficult to find a similar size toElectric fireplace for the sake of comparison. The best I could with the electric ProCom 24 "cherry finish fireplace.

Although this fire is the smallest ProCom makes and uses a similar 24 "wide heating insert, it's dimensions are still 2 1 / 2 times larger than the Heat Surge.

The last time I checked, the ProCom 24 "cherry finish fireplace was available online for $ 400. After deducting $ 250 put on the heater, the chimney-piece for the cost ProCom$ 150.

So why should we be willing to pay more than twice as much for an Amish coat less than half as large as a comparable fireplace will cost 30% pay less?

It is the magic of marketing baby!

If you buy an Amish electric fireplace, it is not boring for the 1500 watts of heat from any other space heater out there available. What is going to upset you enough, you whip out your credit card has an inexplicable attraction of the Amish, the promise of superior AmishCraftsmanship and the pride of ownership.

I can not explain an inexplicable attraction, but I will accept the claim of superior Amish craftsmanship. However, is "craft" at a price. Over a period of three years, the premium you pay for an Amish mantle piece, an additional $ 5 per month or $ 180 add to your actual heating costs when compared to the purchase price for an Pro Com 24 "fireplace.

This brings me to the second problem, which I do with the marketing of this product.

If you goThe Heat Surge website you will find not find a picture of the Amish fireplace with the attached wheels. The reason for this, in my opinion is, the wheels make it look "dinky" compared to the "essential" look has if they found without the wheels.

So, how much pride you can in a product of the manufacturer's embarrassing to show in its entirety?

This is a disgrace. The wheels are actually a selling point because it means for zone heating – just wheel on firefrom room to room as needed. Occupied zone heating, heating, or just the room you are, you can choose again at home, master thermostat is significant fuel savings.

On the other hand, the attempt to "zone heat" your home for several inmates in several rooms distributed with only one Amish fireplace is impossible.

I argued a few other problems with their marketing, that I could delve into, such as "It uses about as much energy as a coffee maker and leading regional energy costs,But they have little influence on the cost-effectiveness, if you pay $ 587 for a 1500-watt heater.
